Crossroads Christian Academy (CCA)

Employment and Benefits

  • Appropriate Degrees and Certification Required
  • Two years of experience preferred
  • Two year contract required
  • Local health coverage for each full time teacher (subject to approval by the insurance company)
  • For foreign hires, support raising (through RCE International) is suggested, but not required. All donations are tax deductible
  • Other foreign-hire benefits will be discussed during the interview process

CCA Students and Extracurricular Programs

  • Enrollment of 260+
  • 170+ families representing 24+ different nationalities
  • 47% local Panamanian families, 33% U.S. Citizens, 20% Other Nationalities
  • After-school Club program for elementary (options change per quarter)
  • Athletic program – boys and girls basketball and soccer
  • 95% of CCA graduates go on to four year post-secondary institutions in the U.S. and/or Panama
