Crossroads Christian Academy is a Christian international school located in beautiful Panama City, Panama, in Central America. As the only Christian international school of its kind in the country, CCA serves both international and Panamanian families within a Christ-centered learning community.

CCA is a college-preparatory school accredited by MSA and ACSI, serving approximately 160 students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Instruction is primarily in English, with Spanish language classes and select courses taught in Spanish.

Our size allows for meaningful relationships, intentional discipleship, and deep investment in students’ lives. Teachers are not just instructors here; they are mentors, spiritual leaders, and partners with families.

We seek mission-minded educators who sense God’s calling into Christian education and desire to serve with excellence, humility, and purpose.

Because instruction is primarily delivered in English, we are seeking native English speakers. The school year begins in early August, with faculty orientation taking place the last two weeks of July. Most positions are full-time unless otherwise noted.
